Bet your life coins by playing heads or tails, the coins you bet are the same you use to buy items so don't run out of them.

Select the amount of coins to bet, you can keep the succesful hits or bet again to increase the multiplier and get closer to the score goal. The quicker the score is achieved and the higher the multipier, the more coins earned at the end of the stage.

Buy passive items, displayed on top, and active items, displayed on the bottom, (use them before doing any bet, these are all single use)
